<p>Course meets state requirements for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe curriculum. Upon successful completion, the student must apply to the state for certification. Textbook required at additional cost. PHOTO ID REQUIRED.</p><p>Class meets on 9/13 &amp; 9/15 and can be offered via Zoom at any of our regional location centers. If you need a training site , other than La Crosse, please email bis@westerntc.edu or call 608-785-9232.  Test will be held on 9/20/2022 in La Crosse ONLY.</p>
