<p>On May 26th The Indie Annex will be cohosting an EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP with The Solstice Mercantile at 50 Bolinas Road to discuss and learn about brain chemistry and the possible treatments of mental conditions with the use of Psilocybin. Let us be clear - this is an education opportunity and not an endorsement of the use of mushrooms. ⁠ ⁠ With so much hype around psychedelics in the media, there is a significant risk of public misunderstanding about their applications, academic research and the future of mental health treatments.⁠ ⁠ Personal Guidance and Mycology Labs launched an interdisciplinary initiative to explore the psychological effects of psychedelic fungi, as well as their spiritual and cultural roles.⁠ ⁠ This talk will bring to our community basic information about psychedelics, micro-dosing for treatment of depression, clinical trial results and the rapidly-changing policy landscape. ⁠ ⁠ Our goal is to empower you and the community to navigate a renewed psychedelic science, but also reconnect us with an ancient medicine used by humankind for thousands of years for personal development and community healing. ⁠ ⁠</p><p>@personalguidanceandmicrodosing⁠ @mycelium_labs @solsticemercantileca</p>
