Celebrate the official Grand Opening of Bountiful Bread, Bountiful @ Frog Alley Catering, and Annabel’s Pizza Company @ Frog Alley Brewing Company. Each room at Frog Alley will feature a different culinary vignette showcasing the glorious foods served up daily in this edgy, industrial space with views of historic Schenectady. A wedding scene set in a room of windows, with hearty hors d’oeuvres and a premiere dessert display; a birthday party with adult games and finger foods; an indoor-outdoor VIP Lounge experience with live music and sliders; and a Parisian cafe with freshly-baked breads, salads and sandwiches. Frog Alley Brewing beer samples will be passed throughout the evening; several cash bars will serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks.This is a benefit for Proctors Collaborative, with a number of ways to donate: Admission is free, with a suggested $20 donation ($100 donations receive a special gift upon entry). Raffle tickets will be sold online in advance, and on-site ($20/ticket, $100/6 tickets) for a Grand Raffle featuring a catered private dinner, a catered birthday party, a cultural outing, and more. Gift Certificates for lunch, pizza, custom cakes, and beer will be sold on-site. And every drink sold will give back to Proctors.
