Today, guiding your team, family, or self toward a goal that is beyond the horizon still requires a North Star to guide the way. Mike Martiny will share his beliefs and tools that he used guiding a large, diverse, global team at General Mills. Speaker: Mike MartinyMike Martiny spent 34 years in Consumer Foods in a variety of domestic and international leadership roles before retiring in 2018 as Chief Information Officer, General Mills. Now he serves on the Board of Directors for The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, Amplify Mission Network, and Medicare services pioneer HRA IQ. Mike and his wife Susan have been married 35 years, have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. His interests include snowmobiles, motorcycles, mountain biking, and keeping little British and Italian cars running.
