<h3>Sound, when understood and used effectively, can produce profound shifts in our mental and emotional states literally in seconds. In this experiential workshop you will gain an understanding of how frequency affects the body on a cellular level. We will explore simple tools that anyone can use for self-healing,balancing and harmonizing the bio-energetic system. In addition we will learn restorative techniques for balancing and replenishing the nervous system with tuning forks, Himalayan singing bowls and the sound of your own voice.
