许东华介绍：厦门大学1994年计算机系科学学士，美国佐治亚理工学院2006年计算机科学博士，现就职谷歌，螺丝钉码工一枚。资深科幻迷，曾致力于向中国读者介绍英文科幻名著，翻译出版《基地》、《仿生人会梦见电子羊吗》等等经典作品。熟知世界与中国科幻发展历程，各种科幻八卦信手拈来。科幻是一种容易被误解的文化，除非您是同样资深的科幻迷，本次讲座会让您跌许多次眼镜。
