He is the Founder and Editor of Becoming Minimalist, a website dedicated to rational minimalism and empowering people to discover greater pursuits than material possessions.He is the author of 5 books including Things That Matter, The More of Less, Simplify, and Clutterfree with Kids. He is also the Founder of The Hope Effect, a nonprofit changing how the world cares for orphans.Currently, he lives in sunny Peoria, AZ with his wife and two teenage kids.

Join Joshua Becker on his latest Book Tour celebrating the release of his new book, Things That Matter: Overcoming Distraction to Pursue a More Meaningful Life. Each event will provide opportunity to meet Joshua, hear his heart behind the book, engage in audience Q&amp;A, and plenty of time for conversation, photos, and signings. This is Joshua&#x27;s first book tour of the Midwest and South. We hope you&#x27;ll join us.Books will be available for purchase. Each event will last 70 minutes.I am thankful to be partnering with The Hope Effect for these events.General Info: The event is general admission. Doors open at 6:30PM. Bring your ticket for expedited entry (digital or paper). Parking Info: The closest parking is in the Welcome Center Garage. The entrance is on MLK Blvd.
