【中美电力市场讨论会】中国电力体制改革下的机遇与挑战 

Silicon Valley China-US Energy Association(SCEA) is a non-profit organization founded by a group of energy industry professionals in Silicon Valley in 2014. SCEA's mission is to connect energy industry professionals in the U.S. and China to share knowledge, keep up with the latest technolgy, policy and research, and collaborate to meet challenges in the energy industry.

近年来，中国电力体制改革正开展得如火如荼。作为中国新一轮电力体制改革的重要部分，售电侧因首次向社会资本放开而备受热捧。改革的核心是电价的市场化，其最终目的都是打破电网公司在电力交易中对发电公司的单一买家地位和对电力用户的单一卖家地位，实现电力交易市场化，逐步形成发电和售电价格由市场决定、输配电价由政府制定的价格机制。自2015年以来，行业不断重复着“新电改有望开启万亿级市场”等论调。美国在电力交易市场化上已经走过了几十年的历史，对于相关政策、市场调控有很多值得中国借鉴的经验。
中国电力体制改革将给我们带来怎样的机会？美国有哪些经验可以借鉴？2017年新年伊始，硅谷华人能源协会(SCEA)邀请到了中美电力市场的行业大牛们，与大家一起探讨中美电力市场的异同，以及中国电力体制改革下的机遇与挑战。
