With her powerful soul and pop roots, Casii will be bringing a unique and unforgettable experience to LowDown. Casii Stephan is a MN born, soul, pop, and rock artist now based in Tulsa, OK. Stephan has been compared to Florence Welch, Fiona Apple, and Carole King, as her vocal timbre possesses a full and warm quality. Her songs have received awards and nominations from the Independent Music Awards, Hollywood Music and Media Awards, and USA Songwriting Competition. Casii was recently featured on NPR music as one of &quot;Slingshot&#x27;s 2022 Artists to watch&quot; featuring her latest single and music video, &quot;These Hard Days&quot;, inspired by the emotions of the pandemic. She and her band, “The Midnight Sun” just returned from SXSW where she performed as an official showcase artist. Casii Stephan just released her newest single and music video, “Already Gone”, her anthem against domestic abuse which premiered on Guitar Girl Magazine.
