Tom Zhang (张琦) 博士
 
硅谷资深人才专家，硅新社特约评论员，在中美高端人才研究和人力资源管理方面有丰富的经验。曾经在 Google 总部国际招聘团队从事高级人才搜索，支持12个国家包括李开复博士领导的谷歌中国，后来加入腾讯负责海外高端人才引进。作为电动汽车公司  Tesla Motors 的亚太区高级人才顾问，他协助组建了最早的Tesla 亚太区团队。他曾任教于美国加州圣荷西州立大学计算机系，在浙江大学获得工学博士学位。
