Dear Citizen,Despite not being Black, I am certainly in favor of Black Lives Matter. I am not Latino, nor am I gay, but I support and champion the Latinx and LGBTQ communities. I'm not a Muslim either, yet I earnestly campaign for the religion of Islam. In other words, I vehemently try to assist and embolden minoritized people through my inherent skill set and cognitive abilities. Whether or not I fulfill my goal is beside the point. Ultimately, it's about the intention, the wholehearted effort that engenders a change, or meaningful difference.With regard to my path, I have educated students in Compton and Inglewood. My chief objective is to reconcile the chasm between diametrically opposed humans. Hence, the heartening and mindful arbitrator. In a nutshell, The Arbitrator, is a polemical lecture, or discourse, that is articulated through creative performance (e.g., oratory and dance) and culminates with a reflective seminar by which participants explore contentious issues through collaborative dialogue that is inviting, open-ended, and purposeful. Put simply, it strives to cultivate a relevant and substantive experience.In terms of my credentials with respect to ethos, I attended the University of Southern California. Initially, I had dropped out of school in my early twenties with merely a final semester to complete. The reasoning behind my decision at that time involved a plethora of questions concerning the frivolity and emptiness of self-obsessed image, egocentric status, and material wealth, which the vast majority were consumed with; and therefore, catalyzed my enlightened departure in order to ascertain the existential truths of life. As a corollary of my endeavor, the essential takeaway that I had derived from my journey was the sagacious following: We can't avoid our destiny, irrespective of our circumstance.Thus, I eventually returned to USC in my burgeoning forties to finish what I started. I fervently acquired my bachelor's and master's degrees in the sphere of communications and the art of pedagogy. Having said all that, my education still continues in the real world since "life" in my estimation is the ultimate authority. Referencing a quote that my father had shared with me, it eloquently states, "Education is not a race. It's not who crosses the finish line first; it's who sticks with it the longest."
