Girl Thriving offers high school girls a supportive community, meaningful workshops, events, and content that will educate and empower all girls.  Everything we do aligns with the mission and vision of Girl Thriving:"We use brain-based, values-centered, & strengths-focused coaching to help teen and young adult women find their voice, build self-awareness, resiliency, and a positive, discerning mind to live a thriving life, on purpose."

Group coaching to build self-awareness, pinpoint areas of personal growth, and take small actions to become the girl you are meant to be!

WHAT: This is a 6-week, small group coaching program that focuses on building a deep inner confidence and community of girls across the country to support you along the way. There are 6 topics that will build on one another. Each session will be 60 minutes long, allowing you to interact, ask questions and talk through how to apply the principle to their own life.TOPICS:<ol><li> What is confidence?</li><li> Self-awareness and your confidence mindset</li><li>The fear factor and making mistakes</li><li>Silencing your inner critic</li><li>Confidence in action</li><li>Methods and tools</li></ol>WHO: Any female in high school (grade 9-12). Groups are limited to 8 participants.WHEN: Meet virtually every Tuesday, 12:00pm-1:00pm. All sessions will be recorded for anyone who is unable to attend.June: 7, 14, 21, 28 and July: 5, 12COST: $20/session (must pay for all 6 sessions prior to beginning)
