Fashion Revolution UAE organises events ranging from workshops, online panel discussions to masterclasses, as well as a sustainable fashion competition for new talents. It encourage brands and consumers in the UAE to adopt a more conscious lifestyle.

Our first online “hybrid” masterclass to kick off Fashion Revolution Week UAE 2022! Join us for an online masterclass on digital fashion and sustainability - NFTs and digital tools are trending but what is it exactly? Which role does it play in making the fashion industry more sustainable? With the participation of key guest speakers, we will discuss all about Metaverse, NFTs, digital tools for fashion design etc. Our key guest speakers:<ul><li>Olga Chernsyheva, Chief Sustainability Officer at <a href="https://dressx.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">DRESSX</a>, the largest fashion store for digital-only collections from well-known brands and 3D designers. Olga is passionate about helping companies that create innovative solutions to restore our planet and supporting purpose-driven entrepreneurs.</li><li>Sinéad O'Keeffe has been working in the Irish tech ecosystem for over 3 years in areas including FashionTech, Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. A global facilitator, organizer and mentor with groups including Techstars and Dublin College University, she organized Ireland’s first hackathon in FashionTech. Sinéad continues to work at the intersection of technology, fashion and innovation in Dubai. She has given talks on fashion in relation to innovation, nft’s and the metaverse.</li><li>Daphne Vulliez, Head of Design and Production at <a href="https://morrisglobalconsulting.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Morris Global Consulting</a> and Creative Director, Co-Founder of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/atelier_kimalda/?hl=en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Atelier Kimalda</a>.</li><li>Briar Prestidge, Founder of the premium suits brand <a href="https://briarprestidge.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Briar Prestidge</a> and the PR Agency of the same name.</li></ul>This masterclass is hosted by Araceli Gallego, Country Coordinator of Fashion Revolution UAE and founder of <a href="https://www.goshopia.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Goshopia.com</a>, the online marketplace for slow and sustainable fashion in the UAE.
