在中国传统文化中，古人留给我们最宝贵的东西就是周易八卦与中医。周易教给我们在现实中如何顺应天时地利人和做事情。中医是代代相传的济世救人之医术。两者看似毫不相关的东西，却又隐藏着惊人的相似点。比如八卦的太阴、太阳、少阴、少阳，分别对应：水、火、木、金，这于人体五行有惊人的相似。恕不知，中医其实是由周易中衍生而来的，中医是易道中的一个分支。《周易》讲述的天地有五行，五行生八卦，八卦有阴阳两极，天地平衡之道，反复循环，互相调和。中医的理念也是调和，使身体内的阴阳调和，处于一个平衡的状态。

两位教授将通过交流对话的方式，用最通俗易懂的语言相互印证，相互比较，教大家如何注重身体和世界上的各种平衡。并如何调节失衡的状态，使它从新归于一个平衡、祥和修身养心的状态。

通过自身修养，也可以跟高维连接 
科学的逻辑是从下至上的，从三维四维五维……一维一维往上爬。但我们东方智慧恰恰相反，是从最高的N维智慧N趋于无穷大来看整个宇宙的。东方智慧讲究的是天人合一，无上正等正觉……只有N维N趋于无穷大才符合无上、无极、唯一。所以东方智慧是从整体宇宙观来观察我们这个世界的，它是从上往下看的。
为什么东方智慧是从上往下看，而不是从下往上看呢？
因为三比无穷大等于零，四比无穷大也等于零，五比无穷大也等于零，任何有限数比无穷大它都等于零。
东方智慧的修炼方法，不是知识的叠加，而正好相反，讲究的是：“为学日增，为道日损，损之又损，以至无欲。”学是我们在三维空间有限物质空间叠加的信息，它是知识；道是进入投影源不断进入更简单的投影源。通过修炼，最终认知到那个最简单的投影源，回归到无相境界的能量层次。
