Fifth Annual Education Fest with Path to College

ThePathtoCollegeFellowshipis a nonprofit program that mentors low-income, high-achieving students to help them be more competitive, get better scholarships, and incur less debt when applying tocollege. The fellowship is a three-year program that, aside from tutoring and mentoring, offers scholarships, and organize avenues for volunteer work in the community.

<h2>Path to College was founded in 2017 and has proven our impact and success – 100% of our graduates are accepted to 4-year colleges, 75% at top-tier universities and 70% have achieved full-ride scholarships.</h2><h3>With your help, our vision of a world where genius, leadership, and excellence are cultivated in the most overlooked students in our community becomes a reality.<strong> Don’t miss out on our next golden opportunity to get behind this mission! You are invited to celebrate with us at our 5th Annual Education Fest on June 9th!</strong></h3><h3>We will enjoy an evening at the Armory Art Center while five selected students will compete for Best Ed-Talk of the Year! We will award a community-nominated Education Champion and honor a Student and Mentor of the Year.</h3><h2>Moderated by Mark Howard, &quot;The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Education&quot; panel discussion will feature:</h2><ul><li>Pete Martinez, CEO of SIVOTEC Bioinformatics, IBM VP</li><li>Rachel Goins, Director of Program Implementation | Kapor Center - Tech Workplace Initiatives</li><li>Christina McCune-Gardner, Ph.D., Associate Professor | Computer &amp; Information Science &amp; Engineering Department | University of Florida</li><li>Roger Yohe, Ph.D., VP of Academic Innovation and Strategy | Palm Beach State College</li></ul><p><strong>Here is what to expect:</strong></p><p>5:30-6:00 p.m. Welcome Reception with  delicious bites &amp; beverages</p><p>6:00-8:00 p.m. Engaging presentations from students, inspring insight from our distinguished guest speakers, and an award ceremony to honor a few special guests.</p><p>8:00-8:30 p.m. Closing Reception with dessert</p><h3>EdFest 2022 is sponsored by  Office Depot, Lynch &amp; Associates, Mike Luciano with RE/MAX, Hedrick Brothers Contruction and  in partnership with the United Way of Palm Beach County</h3>
