<ol><li> We deeply appreciate your interesting in 2022 UCA Youth Convention, however the student needs to be 15 year old in order to be qualified to travel and attend the youth convention by themselves. </li><li> Dear attendees, we look forward to seeing you all in Washington, DC at the UCA Convention. Below is the UCA National Youth Convention COVID-19 policy, agreement, and liability waiver. Please read it carefully and sign it.
This form is only for youth attendees who are 18 yrs old or BELOW. A parent or guardian must sign this agreement BEFORE the Convention. Without a signed agreement, we will NOT be able to admit the underage attendee.
