Empowerment in Heels Loft

This lunation begins with a certain intensity as we welcome a partial solar eclipse and Black Moon – the name that&#x27;s given when a second New Moon occurs in the span of one month. The distinction between the past and future is heightened, drawing our attention to what needs to be released so we can make room for new opportunities.During this 1.5 hour movement exploration, we will slooow down time to:<ul><li>Luxuriate in stillness and tap into our senses</li><li>Find balance between doing and undoing</li><li>Ground and anchor in our bodies to receive the seeds of our intentions</li><li>Tap into ecstasy and follow what feels pleasurable</li></ul>Arrivals will start from 1pm onwards and we will promptly begin at 1:30pm. Address will be provided closer to the date. Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes to move in.
