Can't even slow down to read about refilling your tank? Interested in gaining some quick-and-easy tools to be more effective at work, less stressed, and sleep better? This mini-workshop is for you! Join happiness coach Pam Victor on an experiential exploration of techniques for beneficial rest, whether it's active or passive. Not all downtime is created equal! In this entertaining and engaging event, Pam invites you to explore several evidence-based self-care habits for incorporating productive, restorative rest into your life, so you can find the rest management practice that fits for your personal style and schedule. As author Alan Cohen says, “There is virtue in work, and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.”About the facilitator: Pam Victor is a professional improviser, author, teacher, speaker, professional development facilitator, happiness coach, and founder and president of Happier Valley Comedy, the first and only comedy theater in Western Massachusetts. She also is a recipient of the 2019 New England Public Radio Arts &amp; Humanities Award and a TEDx speaker. Pam is a nice person, and she likes you already.
