Because of their gender, they are often victims of violence and discrimination. What's worse, 2/3 of the female asylum seekers are underage.</UL>

 For junior developers: Build a simple aggregate of refugee news (think headlines, 1 photo and a description) for supporters and industry NGOs.
 For mid-level developers: Make a simple form for refugees to enter in information about themselves and their families. The form then suggests which country would be most likely to accept their relocation application.
 For senior developers: Brainstorm/build a technological solution (blockchain?) to transfer money to refugee families overseas with the lowest possible exchange rate and transfer fee.
 For UX/UI designers: Help redesign the site to better engage visitors and drive donations to families.
 For Data Scientists: <A HREF="http://popstats.unhcr.org/en/time_series" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Use this data</A> to build statistical models around countries receiving refugees and glean powerful answers for policy makers.
