Slow Tours are aligned to ‘alternative ways of being’ and mindfulness - taking the time to slow down and reflect as they explore the contemporary art on show: don’t rush to unpack or understand. The aim is to de-intimidate art by making it about material and feeling over meaning and to focus on a few works rather than a take-it-all-in approach.Meeting point: A4 Space, Alserkal AvenueAbout Sarah Daher: Sarah Daher is an independent curator and writer based in Dubai. Her curatorial practice is informed by her background in social practice and performance studies. She is the co-host of Khosh Bosh, a local podcast, currently in its second season, that maps the UAE&#x27;s cultural landscape through conversations with creatives of various disciplines.
