EnE Club简介：
EnE Club是聚集北大校友圈内外的创业者、企业家和高管的高端社区，旨在帮助大家分享北大和北大校友网络的庞大资源，互助互惠，在创业的道路上少走弯路。自 从 2012 年董事会成立以来，社区人数在 2013 一年内增多了 50%。EnE Club 定期举办小型座谈会提供创业指导，诸如如何面对复杂的法律程序，如何管理和资助一家在美国或中国注册的公司等。 EnE Club 还通过俱乐部聚会邀请创业人士与大家分享经验，为大家创业中遇到的实际问题出谋划策。
<H2>主讲人: Willie Lu 卢伟教授</H2>
卢教授在无线移动通信技术领域有25年的工作经历，曾是IEEE Globecom学术委员会主席及美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）联邦技术顾问；在国际知识产权博弈，谈判，战略和管理方面有13年的工作经历，在国际关系和外交谈判方面有10年多的工作经验，是美国国务院高级技术专家，联邦专家和美国代表团成员，负责ICT领域的国际技术谈判和博弈。
卢教授发明的移动云（Mobile Cloud)技术和开放无线(Open Wireless)技术被全球广泛应用在智能手机中。卢教授是浙大特聘教授，并经常在北大讲学。
下面引用的是Prof.Willie Lu's Endorsement for Mr. Hoffman's new book "Making Elephants Fly"《激进创新的过程》: 
“史提芬·霍夫曼（Steven Hoffman)是我在旧金山湾区的老朋友，我很乐意为他的新书写点东西，因为他在创新创业方面的经验非常丰富，对国内的创业者极其有帮助。 
创新创业的方法比技术更重要。我95 年从德国完成博士后被美国招纳来旧金山硅谷，那时记得我五个工作日就拿到了美国特殊人才特别绿卡。开始五年内我的技术发展非常顺利，2000 年就破格成为美国联邦通信委员会最年轻的联邦技术顾问，并任西门子半导体总设计师和副总裁。我拥有浙江人的头脑，德国人的严谨和美国人的创新， 所以决定于2003 年下海自己创业。 
本以为自己拥有全世界最先进的技术，随便做个芯片或产品就能赚钱，但事实是不可能会成功。首先，美国和中国及其他国家都不一样：美国是由律师管理者，而中国是由工程师管理者， 所以知识产权首当其中地成为最重要的功课要做。 
再次，在美国，创新创业的手段很多，机会也非常多，条条道路通罗马，不一定要做产品生产。我的特点是创新能力特别强，新点子极其多，但无法静下心来专心干一件事，所以不适合做具体产品，但精于发明创造。
要靠发明创造致富必须学知识产权法，否则所有的钱都会被律师赚走。所以我花了数年时间苦读美国专利法并在斯坦福法学院等修炼知识产权方面的基本功。随后我所有的重要发明创造都成功地浓缩成美国的重要发明专利而不用花一分钱聘请专利律师。 
有了这些重要的发明专利还是无法致富，因为推广和转化这些无形资产又是另外一门完全不同的学科。由于我是斯坦福兼职教授，我又回到斯坦福商学院旁听有关商业课程。终于有一门课程把我的技术，法律和商业有效地结合起来产生了巨大的能量聚变，使我一下子掌握了成功的门道和诀窍。 
现在，全世界超过十亿的职能手机都在用我的核心发明专利包括移动云技术和开放无线技术。我也从2012 年后实现半退休了，每周只要一天去自己的公司上班，六天休息，每年还抽出几个月回母校浙大教书育人，帮助国家培养复合型创新人才。
史提芬的书写得非常直截了当：“技术并不是答案”；“没什么可以输的”；“引导客户的参与和沟通"；"利用你的生态系统"；"价值高于金钱"等。中国现在的创新环境已不是十年前的状况了，国际化眼光和策略已提升到新的高度，对创业者的要求也与日俱增。 
借此推荐史提芬的新书在国内发行成功，并推荐给浙江大学管理学院和北京大学商学院等，作为创新创业学科的参考书，使更多的年轻人受益。
