THIS IS A FREE EVIDENCE BASED ONLINE WORKSHOP THAT MEETS FOR 2 ½ HOURS ONLINE - EACH THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR SIX WEEKS September 1, 2022 to October 13, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm**THERE WILL BE AN ORIENTATION SESSION ON September 1, 2022 PRIOR TO THE 6 SESSION ** Who should attend: Anyone living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes OR anyone who is a caregiver for someone with diabetes is welcome to attend. What you'll learn: • Building a more effective relationship with your doctor • Dealing with pain, frustration, isolation, lack of energy • Exploring an exercise routine • Communicating with family and friends about your condition • Eating tips to help you feel better • Preventing complications of your condition • Managing your medicationsFor registration or more information contact Sandra Schwartz: sandra.schwartz@sih.net or 618-457-5200 ext. 67837
