When our sacral chakra is in balance, we have healthy relationships, we are creative, trusting, expressive, passionate, feel pleasure, and are in tune with our emotions. When we are out of balance we may repress emotions, feel blocked sexually or creatively, or have disharmony in our relationships.Physically, the sacral chakra governs our sex organs, bladder, prostate, and womb. An imbalance in the sacral chakra can cause physical disorders such as chronic low back pain, gynecological issues, prostate issues, and urinary problems. We all hold the ability to heal ourselves.
