Explore the potent medicine of plants and deepen your relationship to your body with Ashe Brown of Pura Luna Apothecary!

When we understand the spiritual language of our bodies and its cues, we gain insider information on what plants can support us. In this class, you will be guided into the magical world of spiritual herbalism and how it connects to your body&#x27;s innate wisdom to heal. Connecting the chakras to the signature of plants and the body&#x27;s experience, we are empowered to help ourselves and become preventative in our healing. Ashe will guide you into the spiritual realm of plants through a plant meditation. Folks will be asked to prepare a tea of their choice to journey along with, and will be encouraged to share any experiences received. As we journey into the Self, we&#x27;ll consider what your body is telling you, and how the plant you&#x27;ve chosen to journey with is supporting your body&#x27;s messages. Afterwards, we&#x27;ll discuss the correlation between our body&#x27;s wisdom, the chakras, herbs to support our bodies, and how to work with this newfound knowledge. Finding home within is about truly tapping into the sanctuary of your body, listening, and utilizing the earth&#x27;s gifts to support yourself. Together, we will overview:<ul><li>Intentional herbal medicine-making during each of the phases of the moon </li><li>The importance of body care rituals, rest, and the power of your thoughts </li></ul>Participants will leave the class gaining new insight on the spiritual language of their body, the plants, and how to heal themselves.Please bring:<ul><li>A journal to record any visuals, messages, or experiences</li><li>An herbal tea of your choice</li></ul>———————————————NOTE:This live, online workshop will be recorded.
