<h2>Synopsis of this Online Session</h2>Are you using a leadership style that gets the best out of your team members? Are you even aware that you have a leadership "style"? Do you apply the same style to everyone - just to be "fair"?All leaders have a particular style, whether they realize it or not. The successful leader is one who can adapt his or her style to the situation. In this session, we will discuss:<ul><li>The different types of leadership styles</li><li>Your preferred leadership style</li><li>Applying the right leadership style in a given situation</li></ul>This complimentary one-hour online session (conducted using Zoom) is led by our consultant <a href="https://www.leaders.com.sg/leadership-courses-our-people" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lim Poh Guan</a>. Poh Guan is a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team. For this online workshop, you will also be asked to complete a simple self-assessment before the session which will take about 5 minutes of your time. More than 2,500 people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong have benefited from the more than 150 sessions that we have run so far.
