<h2>Synopsis of this Online Training Session</h2>Teamwork and collaboration are the key to success for any organization. This is especially true in difficult times. We need to work more with each other to ensure we meet our goals, even if we are not working together physically in the same office.In this session, we will discuss:<ul><li>The importance of networking and building relationships in the workplace - especially in difficult times.</li><li>What you need to build collaborative relationships in the workplace</li><li>Overcoming the challenges to collaboration that working from home may bring about.</li></ul>This complimentary one-hour online session (conducted using Zoom) is led by our consultant <a href="https://www.leaders.com.sg/leadership-courses-our-people" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lim Poh Guan</a>. More than 2,500 people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong have benefited from the more than 150 sessions that we have run so far.
