Welcome to our first in-person season of theatre amplifying the voices of women, non-binary and trans theatre artists by offering unique opportunities to create and grow professionally.

<h3>Due to Complications from COVID, the opening night of <em>Want </em>is postponed to August 4th, 2022. <p>The Shattered Glass Project is proud to present the world premiere of a stirring play about the impact that poverty and jealousy can have on love. </p><h3>Written by Barbara Lindsay | Directed by Maureen Hawkins.</h3><p>Middle-aged couple Ruby and Early are happy in their new marriage (for starters, the sex is amazing!) Sure, they’re struggling with unemployment and numbingly dull manual labor, but they have each other and they’ve just moved into a new apartment. Then the next-door neighbor pays them a call…</p><h3>Audience notes and content warning:</h3><ul><li>Seating is general admission, and you may have fellow audience members seated close to you.</li><li>This show is recommended for ages 16 &amp; up and includes adult language and explicit sexual imagery as well as depictions of violence and use of a knife.</li><li>This performance runs approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, with no intermission.</li></ul><p><em>About The Shattered Glass Project</em></p><p>The Shattered Glass Project is a theatre company with the mission to amplify the voices of theatre artists who have been marginalized on the basis of their gender or sex, including but not limited to cis and trans women, non-binary folks, and trans-masculine/trans-feminine folks, by providing unique opportunities to create and grow professionally. </p><p><em>&quot;Want&quot; is the first in-person presentation by TSGP of a play from our developmental reading workshop series.</em></p>
