June 12th is the day when it was first signed into law that women could be recognized as &quot;actual&quot; members of the military in 1948! Come join us for our Second Annual Celebration to mark the day, this year on Saturday, June 11th to allow for traveling attendees. This event is for Women Veterans ONLY! (Sorry, NO spouses, significant others, friends (unless also a woman veteran herself) or children.) &quot;She&#x27;s the Veteran&quot; proudly presents our EMCEE, Tessa Spencer, co-anchor on ABC News 4, radio host for Cumulus Broadcasting radio station Magic 107.3 and FEMALE VETERAN herself!! Robin &quot;Phoenix&quot; Johnson, Army Veteran and voted Best of Charleston 2022 Stand Up Comedian will also be bringing her humor to the stage! Robin has found her new mission in healing people, organizations, and communities through humor. She is the founder of Best Medicine Brigade, featured Military Mom in the Washingtonian, comedian, producer, motivational speaker, and soccer mom extraordinaire. The &quot;Combat Divas, Podcast&quot; will also be making an appearance all the way from Chicago! Come see these incredible ladies that have written a FANTASTIC book and have one of the TOP military podcasts! Ticket price includes Open Bar, light bites (From It Takes 2 Catering) and fun giveaways. We are honored to have the All Saints Quilters donating three &quot;Quilts of Valor&quot; to some lucky winners! Dress code is Cocktail Dress or Military Dress blues. Lots of amazing giveaways this year to include a purse from Tory Burch! Also new this year, help us crown and celebrate our very FIRST Woman Veteran of the Year!! Hope to see you there!
