Seeds of Caring

Children will build community by singing, dancing, and exploring how small acts of kindness can blossom with Goodwill friends.

Who this anywhere community building event is for: Ages 2-8, and their caregivers. Siblings outside of this age range are welcome to participate but may find it less meaningful.What you'll be doing: This anywhere community building event is family and group friendly. Join us from home, school, or wherever you are! This Zoom singalong event is in partnership with <a href="https://www.goodwillcolumbus.org/programs-and-services/dd-day-services/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Goodwill Day Services</a>, a program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Children and their families or classmates will learn how small acts of kindness can blossom, while connecting with individuals with IDD. When you'll be doing it:This event will be held virtually via Zoom from 10:00am -10:45am on May 11th. How it all works:Upon completing your registration, you will receive a Zoom link and password in your Eventbrite confirmation email, along with a service packet. Please use the Zoom link to log into the Zoom portal 5 minutes before the event. Why you'll be invited to donate:Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds.
