Lee will challenge you to think bigger and see human athletic movements through a bigger lens. Topics we will cover will include:<ul><li>7-Patterns</li><li>180-Series uses</li><li>Reactive Tier System</li><li>3-phase deceleration and progressions/regressions</li><li>How to train for and assess change of direction training for all populations</li><li>Using the low box, fake throw, and band work to attack specific movement issues</li><li>How to make warm ups not “warm ups”.
