As a business owner, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT you understand the company's financial reports  and what they mean!

This workshop will focus on financial statements for the entrepreneur and how to determine the minimum daily earnings to meet their sales projections and turn a profit. We will cover budgeting, Cash Flow Statements, Profit &amp; Loss Statements, and why the Balance Sheet is important. During the workshop, we will discuss several financial calculations that are helpful to business owners. About The Presenter:Mrs. Saa’dia Douglas is a Certified Public Accountant and the CEO of Prosperity Financial Services, LLC, which she started in 2003 to address individual and business taxation needs and the lack of free debt management education. Mrs. Douglas works to help individuals and business owners obtain financial freedom. She loves helping her clients by removing the stress and worry surrounding financial and tax services. She also really enjoys pouring into her clients to help them be more successful in their businesses. Mrs. Douglas has over 21 years of experience in state and local government, providing auditing and financial management leadership. During her career, Mrs. Douglas has served as the Chief Financial Officer for multi-million dollar organizations from 2010-2020. She also served as an Auditor with the Auditor of Public Accounts and as the Director of Finance for several school districts and localities.
