Low Cost Financing for Small Business Owners

In recognition of Financial Literacy Month!The Department of Small Business &amp; Supplier Diversity in collaboration with Virginia Community Capital is pleased to offer this webinar.The Economic Equity Fund is a $10 million loan fund that provides low-cost financing for small business owners who are women and/or Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC) and were disproportionately affected by the economic impact of the pandemic.About The Presenter:Chandra Hurst is Vice President and Economic Equity Small Business Loan Officer with Virginia 
Community Capital based in Richmond, VA. In her current role, Chandra is responsible for 
providing Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) small businesses access to capital and low-cost financing solutions including term loans, owner occupied real estate loans and refinances, 
working capital lines of credit, SBA loans, and debt consolidation loans. 
Chandra has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Chandra has a wide range of managerial experience in the industry, including helping to ensure 
Wells Fargo met its Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements.
