Physical Therapy Workshops at Clarity Fitness

Clarity Fitness offers our members and local community regular opportunities to get in front of Physical Therapists. These workshops foster a positive relationship with movement from an understanding of and appreciation for the body.

Join us for a cozy morning discussion and workshop! This workshop is geared toward folx with vaginas. Babies in arms welcome.Agenda:<ul><li>Intro to your pelvic floor (including a practical anatomy lesson!) </li><li>Intro to pelvic health physical therapy (what we treat, what we do)</li><li>Changes that happen in your pelvic floor during pregnancy, birth, postpartum</li><li>More detail about how your pelvic floor impacts exercise and your sex life</li><li>Practice pelvic floor breathing and learn to activate and relax your pelvic floor</li><li>Learn and practice some more practical things you can do today to help your pelvic floor.</li></ul>Presented by:www.exhalepelvichealth.comPresented at:www.clarityfitness.com
