Clarity Fitness offers our members and local community regular opportunities to get in front of Physical Therapists. These workshops foster a positive relationship with movement from an understanding of and appreciation for the body.

Join us for a cozy morning discussion and workshop! This workshop is geared toward folx with vaginas.
