We will welcome Serena Shamash, CEO and founder of our favourite restuarant, Eat me, to talk about how you can build your concept in a short hour. She will cover what made her decide to open the restaurant after starting her career in the traditional business and corperate world and then what made her concept such a successful business venture, with two locations, one in Geneva and the second in Lausanne.Come and join us 1st June @ 7PM in the Tschumi!
