ABCorp

Metal Additive Manufacturing has become the hottest growth engine in the 3D printing space. With its increased accessibility, variety of technologies, and breadth of material options, metal additive can give you an edge in highly competitive marketplaces. Attend this event hosted by ABCorp and Cimquest to learn about key industry insights in Metal additive. See how it can help propel your business by opening an entirely new world of applications and jobs. You’ll get to see the Desktop Metal Shop System live, tour ABCorp’s Shop Floor, and interact with parts.ABCorp is a manufacturing services company like no other. Their roots as a secure printer trace back, through American Bank Note Company, over two centuries, to 1795 when the newly established First Bank of the United States called upon us to create a counterfeit-resistant currency for a young nation. They design 3D print highly detailed prototypes and parts, and deliver omnichannel content to elevate the customer experience.Cimquest has partnered with ABCorp to present this one of a kind event. We’re excited to meet with you and discuss how we can help support your growth initiatives.<h3>Machines on Display </h3>•	Desktop Metal Shop System - Designed with the modern machine shop in mind, the Shop System offers superior surface finish and resolution on metal parts. Based on metal binder jetting, it precisely jets a binding agent to bond loose powder and define part geometry. Final parts are fully dense and near-net shape right out of the furnace. Machine shops can reduce costs on certain jobs by eliminating tooling, reducing tool wear, and reducing labor and job setup costs.•	HP 5210 - HP’s robust, manufacturing-ready industrial 3D printer. Produce thousands or tens of thousands a parts through Multi Jet Fusion technology. The solution produces functional parts with finer detail and sharper edges to textures, along with best-in-class isotropy. You can achieve dimensional accuracy and repeatability that rivals industrial tooling. Builds are predictable with consistent print times, and there is a lower carbon footprint with best-in-class reusability. Nylon 12 and 11 and many more are available on the system.•	Xact Metal XM200C - Affordable powder-bed fusion 3D printing accessible to universities, labs, small-to-medium businesses, and machine shops. . Xact Metal’s printing technology is built on the patent-pending Xact Core, a high-speed gantry system platform that allows light, simple mirrors to move quickly and consistently above the powder bed on an X-Y axis. Parts have very fine features and intricate details.
