Linda Zhou是高盖茨国际律师事务所(K&L Gates LLP) 在硅谷和北京的主要合伙人，负责并参与许多与中国相关的业务，主管高盖茨硅谷与中国有关的业务。
Linda主要为高科技公司特别是多元文化背景的公司提供法律服务。Linda的法律服务往往涉及跨境元素。拥有美国加州和中国的执业资格，得益于中美两国顶尖法学院的法律教育以及多年从事中美事务的经验，Linda对与中国相关的跨国交易有丰富的经验。她经常代理中国客户处理海外事务，为很多中国的高科技龙头企业开发美国市场提供法律支持。她也经常为在硅谷的华人创业者和风投基金管理人提供法律咨询。
多年来，Linda积极为中国高科技公司进入全球市场降低和排除法律障碍，特别是为在硅谷的华人创业者和风陷投资基金在美国获得成功提供法律上的保驾护航。Linda在中国和硅谷的高科技领域建立了良好的声誉，她应邀参加了许多大型的华人高科技会议并作为主讲人就公司法专题作多次演讲。
