岁月更迭，循环往复。公元二零一七将镌刻在新的年轮上。自上古干支历法而始，又是一个丁酉鸡年。那遥远而奇幻的传说，跨越宇宙洪荒，穿过历史红尘，腾云驾雾，飒沓而来。
如同花期可许，斯坦福鸡年春晚如约而至。我们精心筹备的春节盛宴将于一月二十八日晚拉开帷幕。此时此地，春晚制作组与导演组诚邀大家与我们同贺新春、共庆佳节。今年我们也将继续通过网络直播与全球的华人分享新年的喜悦，让纵横四海的网络连结我们的想念与祝福。时空广袤，文化悠长。鸡年，我们想起祖逖闻鸡起舞，也想起李白梦中的天鸡之鸣。那些古老的故事在今天依然影响着我们的精神世界，我们在历史文化的长河上溯游，也愿翻过群山，将文化继续传承。我们的春晚，也因此奉行着这样的意义。
2017年1月28日，斯坦福大学2017鸡年春节联欢晚会如期而至，同大家相见。ACSSS诚邀您和您的亲朋好友一起来欣赏各类精彩纷呈的节目。我们期待与您同寄思乡情怀，共庆新春佳节。
 
The Year of the Rooster is coming! The Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at Stanford (ACSSS) will host a Chinese New Year Gala on January 28th in Memorial Auditorium. Please join us and enjoy Chinese folk music, dance, comedies, pop songs, and many other fascinating featured performances by Stanford students and professional Chinese artists. Everyone is welcomed to come celebrate Chinese New Year with us! The show will be primarily in Chinese with general English introduction.
Time: Saturday, January 28th, 2017 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm (PST)
Location: Stanford Memorial Auditorium, 551 Serra Mall, Stanford, CA 94305
Parking: Street parking is available along Serra Street, Memorial Way, Lasuen Street, Museum Way, and Roth Way. For more detailed parking information, please refer to Stanford Transportation Services (Parking lots labelled A, C or Visitor are free on that day): http://transportation.stanford.edu/maps.shtml
Please note:  If you are a current Stanford student, scholar, faculty or staff member, please claim your free ticket at Eventbrite (alumni not included). Please bring both your Stanford ID and your ticket for admission. One ticket per ID. Seating opens 30 minutes prior to the performance. We recommend you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the performance starts. Large bags, food and beverage are not allowed. Free bottled water will be provided.  For security reasons, please don’t bring children under 6.
