Sheriff's Dept vehicles are parked in front of our building. Safest show in town!

Charlotte Comedy Theater Director of Training and Development, Stuart Ranson will be leading a hybrid yoga/improvisation workshop consisting of a grounding vinyasa flow, guided meditation, and beginner's improv game play.Take your awareness to a new level with a somatic experience, and see how mindful consciousness applies to these seemingly different disciplines.
