Communication is the single most important factor in caregiver success especially when dealing with crisis situations. This training will go over written reporting and progress note writing.When working and caring for individuals during their time of need, it&#x27;s important that caregivers communicate well and share resources. This way the facility staff can work together as a team while supporting each other through day to day and crisis moments without any delay and confusion about protocols.This training will provide participants with standard knowledge and tools for success in communication and Reporting Incidents. With the use of California Regional Center Risk Management Tools for Vendor Providers, and Title 17, Title 22 we can go over basic reporting requirements as Mandated Reporter and Direct Support Professionals working with Adult and Senior Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
