This is a simple 30 minute reset.<ul><li>No workout.</li><li>No talking.</li><li>No phones.</li><li>No distractions.</li></ul> Just a moment to slow your breathing, quiet your mind, and be still before God.Most of us move nonstop physically and mentally from work, to the gym, to everything else without ever truly stopping. Even when we “relax” we’re still consuming, thinking, or doing something.This is different.We’ll take a few minutes to settle in, then spend time in complete stillness, no phones, no noise just being present and aware.You don’t need to bring anything.
