For clarity, this cohort's first session will be May 4, 2025, and there will be three more sessions on the next three Sundays for the same cohort. Session 1 will cover exercises 1-3, session 2 will cover exercises 4-7, session 3 will cover exercises 8-10, and session 4 will cover next steps.

Do I have to attend the virtual sessions?

Although its recommended, you do not have to attend every virtual sessions.

Question 3

What is the spiritual health section based on and do I have to participate in it?

The spiritual health section is based on Christian teachings. This cohort will complete all sections. There will be future cohorts that may not complete the spiritual health section, if that's your preference, please check back periodically.

What should I expect during the workshop?

1) We will meet virtually on four Sundays to review  the completed exercises.  2) You will receive an email with links to online videos for each exercise. 3) You will complete a pre assessment. 4) You will complete a post assessment.
