Induvadana Malli is the Guru of Artistic Director Smita Krishnaswamy, She is also the director of Bharata Choodamani Dance Academy, Chennai India, and the daughter of Adyar K. Lakshman, a pioneer in the Kalakshetra Style of Bharatanatyam Dance.

Natyamandala is an Indian classical dance awareness group that promotes traditional Indian dance forms through performance, shows, workshop and other events.
