While hiring and promoting women is crucial, our experience shows us that company ecosystem matters. And culture matters. 3% research shows that unless we also include men in the conversation — particularly those in leadership — no real change will occur. The 3% Movement’s work with a broad range of companies in creative industries, including advertising, tech and media, shows that good men want to be allies, but often don’t know how. Good men need insight, training and tools as much as women do in order to create inclusive cultures. Our Manbassador workshop provides insights around workplace realities and thriving cultures, as well as delivers opportunities for self-awareness and clarity of responsibilities. We are pleased to be bringing you the 3% Manbassador mini-workshop, leading up to the conference. During our 2 hours together we will: •	Discuss the realities of the modern workplace and the skills needed for your success•	Unpack strategies that have a high impact in creating inclusive work environments•	Role play scenarios to share learnings and best practices•	Add to your leadership toolkit, important skills related to amplifying, advocating and collaborating across your teams to inspire a culture of belongingWho Should Attend? Men who are in roles responsible for hiring and promoting talent and inspiring culture across their organization. This is a standalone event --separate from the conference and is open to all men, even if they&#x27;re not attending the 3% Annual Conference. Thank you to our host, Leo Burnett Chicago.
