FAQs

Is this ground school too and is flight time included?

It is both ground and flight training. Flight time is included in our very well IFR equipped C206 that includes Aspen Glass Panel, Avidyne IFD550/440 with ADS-B In/Out, Genesys(STEC) Autopilot and ForeFlight.

I own a Garmin G1000, GTN, or G430/530, is this only for Avidyne owners?

All Pilots are welcome and will receive Mastery Training Videos to review after the class. We have Mastery Training Videos on your choice of Garmin GTN, G1000/Perspective, G430/530 and of course Avidyne IFDs.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

If traveling by commercial airlines, DFW and DAL are the closest, you will need to rent a car. If flying in by personal airplane we are at Decatur, TX(KLUD). Rental cars are not available at KLUD but we can provide free shuttle service between the hotel and airport.
