Hillsdale College in D.C.'s Van Andel Graduate School of Government

To extend its unique teaching mission to our nation’s leaders, Hillsdale College launched its Van Andel Graduate School of Government in Washington, D.C. for young adult, working professionals in 2019. Students are educated in the first principles of politics and how they apply in practice to the perennial challenge of restoring constitutional self-government in the United States.

Students and alumni work at the highest levels of government on Capitol Hill, in the federal government, in think tanks, nonprofits, associations, media, the private sector, and in government relations or public affairs.

Learn more about our professional, part-time M.A. in Government degree, where classes are held in evenings and on weekends. All accepted students receive scholarships - usually up to FULL tuition. Download our graduate school brochure
