We’re Back! Join us for our 2nd Annual Fundraising Gala. This year’s theme is “A Night in The Garden”. The AL Awareness Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit missioned to bring awareness towards childhood cancers, community development, and academic excellence while promoting higher education to the forefront of community enrichment and engagement. We host several projects and events yearly to raise funds benefiting these causes. Funds raised this evening benefits academic scholarships supporting high school graduating seniors pursuing higher education. We are proud to announce a total of 6 scholarships to be awarded this year!
This year’s Gala will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Kevin James,19th President of Morris Brown College, a historical Black college in Atlanta, Georgia. Dinner and hors d'oeuvre will be provided by Chef Jrod’s Catering Service. There will be live entertainment. The entire evening will feature an open bar.
