The Art & History Museums of Maitland (A&H) is a premier cultural destination and community gathering place in Central Florida, about 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. Join us for an exclusive sculpture program and take home a small taste of the A&H campus! Make a 2D miniature artwork in this 2-day workshop

<h1>Creative Sculpture &amp; Castings: 2D Miniature Workshop</h1><h2>Instructor: Kent Arblaster</h2><p><strong>This workshop will take place over two days (Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th from 1:00-4:00 pm)</strong></p><p>In this 2-day workshop, learn how to design and create your own 2D artwork inspired by J. Andre Smith&#x27;s Maitland Art Center reliefs. On day one, you will tour the Maitland Art Center and select one of Smith&#x27;s reliefs to replicate. Then you will create a miniature version of the relief in wax sculpture and make a silicone rubber mold. On day two, you will mix and pour acrylic into your mold for curing. Finally, you will decorate and take home your finished artwork.</p><p>______________________________________________________________________________________________________</p><p>Workshop is for adults 18 and over. Registration is $75 (materials and tools are included). Pewter will be available for purchase during the workshop at $5 per piece.</p><p>Location: Maitland Art Center-Studio 10, 231 W.
