Please join us at the legendary Sorbonne Grand Amphitheatre for the Closing Plenary of the 72nd Annual ICA Conference. Because of space constraints at this historic venue, this is a ticketed event (there is no charge for the ticket, we simply need to maintain a headcount and not exceed building regulations for capacity). The plenary will be followed by a brief closing toast. PLEASE NOTE (REGARDING ATTENDEES WITH WHEELCHAIRS): This historic venue was built in the 17th century and has NOT been entirely retrofitted with modern accessibility options; while some areas of the Sorbonne&#x27;s galleries are accessible by wheelchair, we regret that wheelchair access does not allow for viewing of the amphitheatre presentation. There will be a live stream of this event available via the Cadmore platform.TRAVEL OPTIONS: The Sorbonne is just over an hour on foot from Palais des Congres. The most expeditious route is to take the Metro from Neuilly Porte-Maillot Station 22 minutes&#x27; ride to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame Station. From there it is a short walk (or there is a two minute bus ride). A taxi will take about 10-12 minutes typically but please note that construction and rush hour may make this longer. The Metro is the best option. The mayor of France has asked conventions NOT to rent large busses to transport passengers to and fro as the city has initiated a &quot;pedestrian friendly&quot; program for environmental purposes (something that agrees with ICA policies) as well as pre-Olympic construction projects. The sessions on Monday end at 4:45pm to give time to reach the Sorbonne for the closing plenary, even if one decides to go by foot/bike.
