Our experienced practitioners will channel positive energy to help you release blockages, balance your chakras, and promote overall well-being.Whether you are new to cacao or reiki, or a seasoned practitioner, this event welcomes everyone. Come as you are and embrace the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. About the Facilitators:Meet , SARAOriginally from colombia, Sara is a heart alchemist, community space holder, woman weaver, cacao medicine carrier and song medicine holder;Her purpose is to help others find home within,connect and open their hearts &amp; connect to the heart of nature and their true nature. She works with tools to help others to embrace their more authentic , honest and multidimensional selves.She is deeply passionate of music and music as the language of the soul, “im looking to create music that can weave unity and empathy “ SARA believes that by acknowledging her inner teacher she encourages others to show up for themselves and find their own inner teacher.She believes there are multiple ways to heal the body, mind and spirit which is why she’s committed to honoring ancient practices and traditions like Caco ceremonies, pranayama (breathe work), and medicine music as part of her essential offerings.She deeply believes in sound &amp; vibration as medicine and conscious breathing as a long lasting elixir of life.She is one of the founders and creators of Gaia Nomaya and founder of HearthbySARA.She deeply believes Teaching, medicine music and ceremony are Blessings of Service.

Amrit Matteo Guillin (they/them) is a non binary Yogi, Healer and artist. After graduating from the University of Nice (France) with a degree in dance and pedagogy. Amrit build their artistic career as a dancer while expanding their knowledge in spirituality. After taking time to reflect, travel, develop, and deepen their healing and yogic practices, Amrit arrived in New York in 2017.Amrit is certified in the Reiki Usu Sustem and infuses their treatments with Rainbow Reiki, myofascia release, lithotherapy, Aura Soma, Pomanders, quintessences and sacred geometry. They are currently trianing for Biodynamic Cranio Sacral therapy under the supervision of Koa Kalish.
