此為連續三周的系列活動，為維持討論連貫性，報名請參加全部講座。

講座討論主題：
(1)    了解自己的教養方式與孩子的行為      
(2)    如何聆聽並接納孩子， 敞開自己與孩子溝通   
(3)    穩定自己，在紀律與放手之間，與孩子前行  
 
你是否覺得當一個青少年的父母很不容易呢？
你並不是唯一感受如此的人！
而對移民父母親來說，
面臨自己來自不同的背景文化與教養方式，所面對的挑戰更大了．
此三週的系列講座，將透過每週不同主題討論，支持父母與孩子之間敞開的正向關係，藉由彼此的 經驗討論 / 實際演練 / 角色扮演 ，共同在親子教育的道路上支持彼此，讓愛可以更簡單。

雅卉為 California Institute of Integral Studies 心理諮商碩士，目前在Monta Vista High School 提供學生心理諮商與親子輔導，同時於Process Theray Institute 提供個人諮商與帶領自我成長團體，近年來積極於舊金山灣區華人社群中，推廣心理健康與自我成長。
